Welcome to Opening of the Voice, a 40-minute session designed to guide you into deeper connection with your voice and yourself. Whether you’re new to singing or looking to deepen your vocal exploration, this session offers a safe and supportive space to begin or continue your journey.
What to Expect: • The First 16 Minutes: We’ll start with some insights and reflections to help you to understand a few of the underlying mechanisms of why we hold back our voices, and how to bypass that, feel more at ease within yourself and getting ready to open your voice. Together, we’ll explore the emotional, energetic, and physical layers that influence our ability to express ourselves fully. • The Singing Practice: From 16 to 35 minutes, you’ll be gently guided into a vocal practice. This part is experiential – you’ll hum and sing along with me, discovering how your voice can calm you, release emotions, and connect you to your heart. • Closing Words of Encouragement: As the session concludes, you’ll leave with inspiration, and a deeper sense of connection to your authentic voice.
