Energetic Sound Healing
A gentle yet profound session in which energy, sound, and rhythm come together to support your system in relaxation, restoration, and inner alignment.
This 1-on-1 Energetic Sound Healing session offers a supportive space to arrive, to feel, and to let go. The session is fully attuned to what you need in that moment — physically, emotionally, and energetically. You don’t have to do anything, understand anything, or explain yourself. Your body and energy know the way.
During the session, Suyana works with a combination of Reiki, healing vocal sound, and shamanic rhythms. Gentle touch and energetic work help calm the nervous system and bring the energy body back into balance. Vocal tones and instruments work directly on the body through vibration, allowing tension and overstimulation to soften. Rhythmic sounds, such as drum or rattle, invite a deep state of relaxation (alpha/theta), where healing, insight, and integration can take place.
