General Terms and Conditions
All the cancellation conditions apply from the moment of registration, regardless of the time of payment.
When Suyana cancels a course, you will receive your registration fee in full. We cannot be held liable for any other costs.
If you cancel a course or activity yourself, you must do so in writing (e-mail, fax, or letter). Telephone or oral cancellations are not valid.
Failure to pay the participation fee is never a cancellation.
At the start of the course, the student owes the full participation fee unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing.
In principle, if the course is stopped prematurely, no refund will be made for the part that has not been followed.
Typographical errors in prices and data in publications of our website or our communications, both online and offline, cannot be invoked as an argument for cancellation after the start of a course or for a refusal to pay.
