You will learn a technique that is very useful to quieten the mind, so that you can go deeper into your meditation and receive more benefits from your practice. |

A powerful support in challenging times Friday 26.05 When challenged by life it is so important to have ways to embrace what is alive within us, so that we can truly learn and grow. In this second session you will learn a powerful way of how to use mantras as a support in challenging times. |
SESSION 3:
Mantras as a transformational tool Tuesday 30.05 This last session is all about how to use mantras as a transformational tool. When integrating mantras as a regular practice, there are so many benefits that we receive that support our well-being. I will share with you a technique that is an essential key for growing a beautiful inner foundation of stability and appreciation for life. |

Taking part in Suyana's 6-week mantra course was one of the most crucial events in my personal development.
