WHEN TIMES ARE CHALLENGING
In those times when life is challenging us, we must remember to prioritize our mental and emotional health. Often when waves of fear, doubt, depression, or anxiety come knocking on our door, the initial reaction is to feel overwhelmed by it all. These are exactly the times when we need to make an extra effort to take care of ourselves and to implement the tools that we have received in order to navigate these rocky moments.
There are many difficulties that come with life, and it can be hard to stay in a clear and centered mindset in the midst of trials and tribulations. However, we are so much stronger than we often believe. And those challenging times are also a way to grow, to get to know ourselves better and to get in touch with those parts of us that are able to carry us through those intense times. When we turn to the tools we have been given, we can gain acces to a strength that lays within, that will give us that courage and clarity that can help us find meaning in difficult times.
Life in all its expressions can challenge us, but we also have the power to get back up on our feet and not dwell on what we cannot change and step out of a victimhood mentality and into self-empowerment.
MANTRAS AS A TOOL
Mantra Meditation is a very gentle and yet powerful way to distance yourself from all that is burdening your heart. By repeating a mantra over and over again, in a prayerful and intentional way, we are interrupting the pattern of whatever negative cycle is activated in that moment, and we can shift our vibrational field and give ourselves a chance to release and recharge.
