:::YOGA:::
In this class guided by Lenka you will be gently flowing in between Asanas on the rhythm of your breath.
The gentle movements and postures are designed to reduce stress, increase self awareness , build strength and bring balance. We will have a dynamic yet soft practice in order to free up, energize and purify our bodies. After that a deep Shavasana is waiting for you full of angelic music
:::SOUNDHEALING:::
The sound healing that follows will allow you to sink deep into the healing realms of the soul. Alongside the very beautiful instruments that they will bring (as Kailani, ngoni, etc) Lenka and Suyana will be singing beautiful harmonies and improvisations that will go straight into the heart
:::RAW CACAO & CONCERT:::
This will then flow into an uplifting concert where you get to drink a delicious cup of heart opening raw cacao, and enjoy the uplifting and touching songs that will be sung for you. Songs from all over the world and various traditions are selected to create an atmosphere of purity, depth and beauty.
:::HEALING SINGING CIRCLE:::
With the body relaxed, the heart open and energized and the mind quiet we will end this evening with a healing mantra circle. Joining our voices in harmony and in celebration.
Lenka and Suyana have been singing together for what feels like a 1000 years. Their hearts deeply connected, their voices dance together straight from this connection.
They will open up a space where you can come home in your own body & soul, nourishing your connection to spirit, weaving a tapestry of lightness, inspiration and goodness.

:::About lenka:::
Lenka has been touching peoples heart since many years through her angelic voice and empowering yoga classes. She has been sharing her healing voice in singing circles and concerts for many years and is the inspired creator of the ‘bhakti night’ events. She has been studying in depth various types of yoga and has been a certified yoga teacher for several years. She is currently teaching at CITY YOGA in Graz.
:::About Suyana:::
Suyana’s journey led her deeply into discovering the healing power of sacred space, conscious voice work, mantra practice and shamanic ritual. She is sharing the strong love and connection to source she is feeling when singing in her concerts, singing circles workshops and healing sessions.
