Taking part in Suyana's 6-week mantra course was one of the most crucial events in my personal development. I have been singing mantras for myself before, I attended singing circles and I've always felt their power, but through Suyana's enchanting guidance I managed to dive really deep into the magic of mantras and learned how to establish a fruitful practice for myself. In her gentle ways of teaching and with her incredibly beautiful voice Suyana manages to touch hearts and lights up a spark in everybody. Her weekly offerings were so inspiring and made it easy to keep going and deepen my practice. To me, it always seems as if she'd be an angel fallen from the heavens, carrying the energy and the wisdom of a very wise old soul who is sharing her gifts with the world in order to make it a more loving, shiny and beautiful one. What I find so very special also, is Suyana's pure authenticity - I always feel that she experienced all of what she is teaching herself and that she is really living all of it. Let me tell you the online Mantra course with Suyana transformed my life in so many ways! As a Kundalini Yoga teacher I already had an stablished mantra practice, but the way Suyana presents the mantras is so clear, so loving and so engaging, it makes you want to play and sing mantras the whole day! She obviously poured her heart into the mantra course and every session was beautifully crafted, starting with meditations led by her angelic voice, complete with explanations of each mantra, a teaching on how to repeat each mantra and a beautiful song version of each mantra composed by her....we were given lots of great bonus material and an access to a FB group to discuss our experience. Even my kids loved her mantras and sing them along with me! Suyana loving presence was felt all along to support and encourage our mantra practice. Suyana is more than a teacher, I would say she has the Love energy of the Divine Mother, her shamanic voice has a multidimensional quality to it that will reach to the bottom of your Soul and heal those places that need more Love and Light.
